As a supporter of Apple You will be supporting many of our well-known goods at Home Advisor, including MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, and desktop Macs. You’ll be the welcoming face of Apple, offering top-rate customer service, troubleshooting, and technical assistance as our customers’ first point of contact. Knowledge & Experience

Students must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher at a four-year institution in the United States. Computer science, business, engineering, and computer information systems majors are favored.

Additional Conditions

  • Availability to participate in the mandatory online training for up to nine weeks on a set schedule that may include weekends (Depending on the date of hire, training may last 24 or 40 hours a week.)
  • Flexibility to work one eight-hour shift on weekends, mostly on Saturdays, including holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Central, and three, four-hour shifts during the week between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Central. Flexibility in weekly hours worked is an option and depends on business demands.
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment evaluation
  • Complete initial training successfully
  • 40 WPM minimum typing speed while speaking with clients
  • A peaceful workspace, a comfortable chair, and a desk
  • A direct, hard-wired internet connection from the provider with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed at your address and a latency of less than 150 ms. Both the offered equipment and the internet connection need to be hardwired into the house. Under no circumstances is a wireless connection to the Apple equipment permitted.
